Healthcare Access
Clinic infrastructure and essential antibiotics for rural populations.
501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Private Foundation
The Latimer Foundation funds and builds lasting access to medical care and learning for underserved rural communities.
Core Impact Project
Our mission is to reduce medical disparities for people who live far from the nearest clinic. In Village 37, a rural community in Ethiopia, a treatable infection can become life-threatening when families cannot reach care or afford medicine.
The foundation directly coordinates funding for the project, builds local healthcare clinic infrastructure, and distributes essential medical supplies and life-saving antibiotics to the rural population of Village 37, together with preventive health guidance, so that treatable illness stays treatable.
